A car hit a pedestrian on the east side Monday morning near Speedway and Craycoft.
According to Andrew Skaggs of Tucson Fire, the victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Tucson police say the victim, a woman, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection reopened by 7:30 a.m.
