TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police investigated a deadly eastside wreck Saturday.
Police say 51-year-old pedestrian Ascencion R. Morales died after he was hit by a gray 2005 Toyota Corolla that was heading eastbound on East Golf Links Road.
Morales was not in a crosswalk.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Speed was not a factor in the wreck, and no citations or charges have been issued.
