TUCSON, Ariz. - Pima County Sheriff's deputies responded to a wreck near Orange Grove and Shannon Friday morning.
Deputies say a man left a vehicle and was found in someone's backyard.
The man had signs of trauma that weren't related to the wreck. He was taken to the hospital.
There are no outstanding suspects.
