TUCSON, Ariz. — The Salvation Army's program will provide shelter to homeless people during cold temperatures Thursday night.
Operation Deep Freeze, in which the organization opens the doors of its Hospitality House at 1002 N. Main Ave., triggers when temperatures drop to 35 degrees, or 40 degrees with precipitation.

The organization is seeking donations, including coats, blankets, gloves, socks and sweaters. Donations are accepted at the Hospitality House or at Naughton's Plumbing locations.
