North Romero Road is closed from West Wetmore Road to West Prince Road due to a structure fire, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Northwest Fire said crews are fighting a house fire at Romero and Root Lane. Two patients were transported to the hospital in serious condition and residents are displaced from the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Commuters are asked to avoid the area.
