Nogales police say they have arrested a fifth suspect in a home invasion case.
Police arrested Gabriel Maldonado in the 700 block of West Hughes Street Tuesday.
Maldonado is one of five suspects who police say invaded a home in the 300 block of West Wise Street Jan. 28.
