The murder trial for Joshua Lelevier is set to begin. Opening statements are scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 7 at the Pima County Superior Court.

He is suspected of killing his stepdaughter Jayden Glomb last year. The autopsy reports say the 13-year-old was strangled, and she was found not far from the family's home in Vail, Arizona.

After Lelevier was charged and police said they found evidence he'd set secret cameras to catch the teen in the bathroom.

But suspicious behavior by Lelevier, including a fake suicide note left on the girl's computer pointed to her stepfather.  Police say it was written when only Lelevier had access to the computer.

Soon after he was charged, Lelevier's wife Jessica filed for divorce. She had a child from Lelevier about the time the divorce became final and changed her last name.
