TUCSON, Ariz. - One motorist died and another was critically injured in an Oro Valley wreck Monday.

Unfortunately, there was a fatality. A second patient transported in critical condition. @OroValleyPD will be on scene investigating for quite some time. Please avoid the area.

According to Golder Ranch Fire, the intersection of Innovation Park and Tangerine was expected to be closed for a significant amount of time.
Oro Valley police said the road was closed east of the intersection.
