More than 200K expected to watch Rodeo Parade

The Tucson Rodeo Parade starts at 9 a.m. today, with the route beginning at Park Ave. and Ajo Way.

More than 200 non-motorized floats will travel the half-mile parade route. Organizers say more than 200,000 people will watch the parade, billed as the nation's largest non-motorized procession.

Tickets for grandstand seating at Irvington and 6th Ave. is $10 for adults and $5 for kids under age 13. Call 294-1280 for more information, or visit the Tucson Rodeo Parade website.
