Power restored in foothills after deadly wreck

More than 2,000 lose power in foothills

A deadly wreck caused more than 2,000 Tucson Electric Company customers to lose power Monday morning. Service was restored by 7 a.m.

Pima County Sheriff's deputies say the single-vehicle crash was at Sabino Canyon and Shoreline.

According to the TEP outage map, 2,382 homes were affected by the outage.
