TUCSON, Ariz. - The Tucson Medical Center stepped up to prepare meals for Mobile Meals on Christmas Day after their previous partner was unable to do the job for the first time in years.
Mobile Meals was originally planning on not delivering meals on Christmas Day until TMC stepped up to do the job.

While TMC will be preparing the meals, Mobile Meals volunteers and board member will be delivering them to clients.
The organization delivers meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities with the help of more than 300 volunteers.
The food is prepared by nine different hospital and healthcare partners.

Volunteers are given a route with a certain number of clients to deliver food to every day.
A team of more than 300 volunteers deliver meals to more than 200 adults throughout southern Arizona.
