TUCSON, Ariz. — A man who was found dead in the Santa Cruz Wash July 23 during Monsoon rains drowned, the Pima County Medical Examiner says.
According to Dr. Greg Hess, 54-year-old John Chutkow died in the incident near Interstate 10 and Speedway.
