Caleb Diaz was sentenced to 45 years in prison for rape and kidnapping a woman who was jogging in a park last year.
Diaz was convicted in March of three counts of sexual assault and kidnapping.
In February 2015, Diaz attacked the victim at Santa Cruz River Park. He implied he had a gun, and forced her to the ground, where he raped her.
