A man died Wednesday night in a westside house fire.
According to Tucson Fire, the call came in at 8:34 p.m. from the 100 block of West Finedeale Street. Nine units, including 23 firefighters, had the blaze under control by 8:49.
Smoke and flames were visible inside the front door of a duplex.
Firefighters found a man inside the home and removed. He was later pronounced dead.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
