Oro Valley police say a man who was hit by a vehicle while on foot Jan. 22 has died from injuries suffered in the accident.
Police say 40-year-old Jason Henry, who had been driving a school bus, was hit by a 2009 Honda Civic when he exited the bus to move a sign from the roadway. The accident was near Casas Church, at 10801 N. La Cholla Blvd.
The Civic was driven by a 16-year-old boy who told police he didn't see Henry in the roadway until it was too late to avoid the accident.
The boy will not faces charges.
