TUCSON, Ariz. - They say the three keys to real estate are location, location, location.

Here’s the story of a real estate purchase that's located deep under ground and in a frightening period of Tucson's history.

There are beautiful views from Tom Rossier's new real estate purchase but the real attraction is deep underground--- built for one of the ugliest parts of the 20th Century.

Tom just bought an underground complex built to launch a nuclear missile called the Titan II.

"It's just one of those things I had to pursue. And I reached out I got my real estate agent who's a family friend and told her we got to get this done.”

He's been interested in these missile sites since he first heard of them. He's visited the Titan Missile Museum where a restored launch complex helps visitors understand what it was like for Air Force officers living life waiting to launch a payload of death.

But things can be much more relaxed now and Tom Rossier sees the potential to transform this Cold War complex into what could be the world's most secure man-cave.

"Well, I don't plan on living in it, but, just utilizing the space as best I can and you know it's just going to be the coolest thing. I've had people that I haven't heard from in years, that oh I want to come out and see that. So, a lot of people are in the unbelievable, "God I can't believe you did this."

And he says there's plenty to enjoy on the land above, while he works on the best renovation of what lies below.
