TUCSON, Ariz. — A man who police say tried to steal a car at knifepoint in May was sentenced Monday.
Jonathan Luna, who allegedly tried to carjack a victim in the 4000 block of East Speedway, pleaded guilty June 22 to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
He was sentenced to seven years in prison, with 73 days credit for time served.
