Businesswoman Lisa Frank settled a copyright lawsuit against a Canada-based firm Monday.
According to documents filed in U.S. District Court in Tucson, Frank and Orb Factory agreed to pay their own legal fees.
Frank filed the lawsuit in 2015, alleging that Orb Factory infringed on the copyright of her designs.
Frank was represented by attorneys Kirk M. Hallan and Nicholas J. Hoffman.
Orb Factory was represented by attorney Gina L. Durham.
Lisa Frank Incorporated was established in 1979 and headquartered in Tucson.
