TUCSON, Ariz. - A jackknifed semi blocked all westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near Ruthrauff Monday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the incident started just after 6 a.m. near milepost 251.
There were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation.
