A Fresno man killed three people in what authorities say was a racially-motivated killing spree.
Investigators say Kori Muhammad laughed and admitted to the murders. He shot and killed three people Tuesday and one last week. He says he targeted white victims.
After last week's killing, Muhammad says he hid on a 7-Eleven roof, preparing for his next attack.
In an online video from 2015, Muhammad said he joined a gang at 9 years old and the Black Liberation Movement at age 14.
His criminal history includes gun, drug and theft arrests.
