Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly will visit Nogales today to meet with Department of Homeland Security personnel and meet with Gov. Doug Ducey.
Kelly will arrive at 1:30 p.m.
On Friday, Kelly will visit the San Ysidro Port of Entry and speak to media.
