Headed to Trump rally? Here's what you need to know

Here is what you'll need to know if you're headed to Prescott Valley for today's Donald Trump rally.

Around 18,000 people are signed up to attend the event at the Prescott Valley Event Center. Those who can't fit inside will be able to watch on a jumbotron in the parking lot. The doors will open at 11 a.m.

Prohibited items include homemade signs, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, backpacks and large bags.

The following roads closures will be in effect:
 
  • Lake Valley Road; (between Lakeshore Drive and State Route 69)
  • Northbound and southbound travel on Lake Valley Road between State Route 69 and Lakeshore Drive will be shut down between 11:45 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Florentine Road; (between Glassford Hill Road. and Lake Valley Road).
  • Eastbound travel will be shut down between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Main Street; (between Pav Way and Lakeshore Road).
  • Northbound and southbound travel will be shut down between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
  • Glassford Hill Road (northbound and southbound travel / between State Route 69 and Lakeshore Drive).
