TUCSON, Ariz. - Southwest Gas is still repairing the area of Calle Madera and Prudence Road after a gas leak occurred Friday, around 2p.m.
Southwest Gas and Tucson Fire crews contained the eastside gas leak around 3 p.m.

In response to the gas leak, Red Cross and the City have set up an emergency shelter.

Police say Prudence was closed between Broadway and 22nd St.
According to Amy Washburn of Southwest Gas, a gas line was struck in the area.
