The Arizona Game and Fish Department is warning the public to stay away from sick wild animals they encounter.
The department is citing three recent reports involving foxes and a skunk, which often carry rabies.
The cases include:
A rabid skunk bit a woman March 26 in her SadleBrooke garage.
An ill fox was found March 28 in a Picture Rocks pool.
An ill fox found March 30 at a home porch near Sweetwater Drive.
Officials say those who are bitten by sick animals should seek immediate medical attention.
