The Frye Fire continues to grow near Safford.
The fire has burned 39,051 acres and is currently 43 percent contained according to the Coronado National Forest.
There are 825 people assigned with 41 engines and 10 helicopters, as well as seven dozers and 11 water tenders.
The Frye Fire area closure is expanded to all campgrounds, roadways and trail systems within the Forest Boundary in the Pinaleno mountain range.
The lightning-caused fire began June 7.
Temporary flight restrictions remain in effect until further notice.
