The man convicted of vandalizing the Fox Tucson Theatre in April 2015 avoided jail time.
On Friday, Xavier Chavez received three years probation. He was convicted of vandalizing the theater, causing $3,000 in damage.
He was arrested Feb. 6 on a felony charge of criminal damage.
