TUCSON, Ariz. - A man who moved from Tucson to St. Louis pleaded guilty to tax fraud.

Tyron F. Kemp, 30, admitted to electronically filing 37 false tax returns between October 2013 and March 2015, collecting more than $54,000 in refunds.

Kemp spent some of his teen years in Tucson, then moved to St. Louis in 2013. He used names of people he met in Tucson without their permission. He listed APAC Customer Services as the employer on false tax forms.

IRS Criminal Investigation offices in Tucson and St. Louis investigated the case.
