TUCSON, Ariz. - Severe winter weather has canceled four flights scheduled to arrive in Tucson from Chicago, as well as two flights from Tucson to Chicago.

Arctic weather has plunged much of the Midwest into dangerously low temperatures, affecting flights nationwide.
