TUCSON, Ariz. - A gas line broke in Sahuarita Thursday.
According to Green Valley Fire, the break happened at about 9 a.m. near Quail View Loop and Dome Court. A construction backhoe hit a 4-inch gas line while digging.
The incident happened near Quail Creek Country Club. Residents were told to stay inside while crews fixed the line.
The break took 80 minutes to repair. Traffic was not impacted.
