TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson Fire and Northwest Fire crews battled a rubbish fire on the northwest side Thursday.
According to Tucson Fire, the blaze burned garbage left by transients in a tunnel underneath First Avenue near River Road.
As of 1 p.m. Thursday, the blaze was under control. No one was injured.
