The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct has filed ethics charges against Paula Aboud, Pima County Justice of the Peace.
The commission alleges that Aboud violated several Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct rules during the January 2017 New Judge Orientation for limited jurisdiction judges. Aboud has filed a response through attorney John Tully.
No hearing date has been set. KGUN9 has reached out to Aboud for comment.
