A DPS trooper pulled over a driver who had a fake passenger in the passenger seat while driving in the HOV lane last week.
According to a tweet from DPS, the traffic stop occurred on the L-202 Red Mountain at Van Buren.
DPS says troopers cite over 4,000 HOV lane violators annually.
