TUCSON, Ariz. - Disturbing details emerging in a deadly domestic violence case earlier this week in midtown, including the suspected killer taking a photo of the body.

Documents obtained by Nine On Your Side detail how the suspect 43-year-old Kenneth Nelson called his sister to tell her he had killed his wife. He then sent a photo as proof.

Police arrived to find 37-year-old Cyndie Nelson with blunt force trauma.

Nelson told detectives he used his pocket knife. He told them he was angry she was leaving him.

Nelson is being held without bond for first-degree murder.

The couple's nine-month old daughter was unharmed and taken into the state's custody.
