Pima County Sheriff's deputies say a 1-year-old child has died in Ajo.
Deputies say a 17-month-old girl is the victim. Deputies investigated the scene in the 400 block of West Arroyo Avenue at 12:10 a.m. Friday.
Deputies performed CPR on the girl, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Homicide detectives are investigating the case.
