Pima County Sheriff's deputies are searching for the suspect who killed 30-year-old Jesus Santos early Friday.
Sheriff Chris Nanos says Santos was picking someone up to go to work when he was shot on the 3200 block of E. Alvord Road. The person Santos was picking up called 911. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Neighbors say gunfire woke them up early in the morning. Some report hearing as many as eight gunshots.
The sheriff's department does not have anyone in custody. If you have any information please call 911 or 88-CRIME.
