Pinal County Sheriff's deputies aided in the arrest of a Florida man who thought he was going to meet a 13-year-old girl.
Deputies say 31-year-old Lee Trikojat communicated with a detective posing as underage girls in a chat room for kids.
Trikojat allegedly had sexual conversations with the undercover detective, who he asked to keep their relationship a secret.
"Being a father, it angers me that there are people out there that want to manipulate and harm our children. No matter where they are, I’m proud our investigators are able to work with agencies across the nation to get these people off the streets," Sheriff Mark Lamb said in a press release.
Trijojat is accused of using a computer to solicit a child and transmitting harmful images to minors.
