TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Cochise County Sheriff's are investigating a homicide in Whetstone.
Deputies say the body of a 38-year-old man was found lying on the ground in front of a residence with a handgun by him on Tuesday morning around 7:30 a.m.
When deputies arrived to the scene, they noticed the body had obvious signs of trauma.
Detectives say this incident appears to be a homicide.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
