Crews have contained a 12 acre fire at Redington Pass, according to the U.S. Forest Service.
Heidi Schewel, a spokesperson for the Forest Service said the fire was reported at 3 p.m.
Schewel said the fire is believed to be human-caused and is under investigation.
The fire was burning in grass and brush near mile post 8.5. No structures were threatened at the time.
