Crews rescued two people who were stranded inside a vehicle stuck in flowing water in the foothills.
According to Jay Karlik of Rural/Metro Fire, the vehicle was stuck in water near Limberlost and Soldier Trail at 6:28 a.m. Crews rescued the victims within 18 minutes.
Neither victim was injured.
