U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested a 37-year-old Mexican man May 4 for allegedly trying to sneak three handguns into Mexico in Nogales.
Officers stopped the man's Audi Crossover and found two 9mm Berettas and a .38-caliber Colt hidden under the front seat.
Officers seized the car and weapons and turned them over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
