In a series of separate incidents this week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped several marijuana smuggling attempts.
Here is a roundup of the busts, according to the CBP:
* Officers arrested a 28-year-old woman from Agua Prieta, Son. after finding nearly 370 pounds of marijuana hidden in her vehicle.
* Officers arrested a 26-year-old woman after finding 137 pounds of marijuana in her Acura sedan.
Officers seized the drugs and vehicles, and turned the suspects over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
