U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped drug shipments in Douglas, Ariz. June 21.
According to the CBP, officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Agua Prieta, Son. when he tried to smuggle nearly 319 pounds of marijuana into the U.S.
Officers seized the drugs and vehicle and turned the suspect over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
