Tucson police say a bicyclist is in stable condition after an accident involving a vehicle Saturday morning on the eastside.
Sgt. Pete Dugan said the accident happened at about 9:30 a.m. near East Grant Road and North Sahuara Ave. The bicyclist, a man, was transported to Banner University Medical Center and is in stable condition.
Dugan said the driver stayed at the scene and will not be cited. He says the accident was the bicyclist's fault and he will be cited for a moving violation.
