California work crews fixed a problem that has long troubled residents.
In addition to fixing longstanding potholes, crews covered up graffiti depicting male genitalia. The "artwork" had been there for quite a long time, those who live in the neighborhood say.
Residents were pleased the problem was finally resolved.
