TUCSON, Ariz. — TUCSON, Ariz. - Last week, we talked about how a local fitness studio is offering a a free fitness dance class for kids.
But now we'll tell you about a party that's for adults.
Finding a great way to stay in shape is now as easy as logging on to your computer.
Breakout Studios is bringing the dance part to YouTube.
Owner Todd Wilson is offering a free fitness dance class during the pandemic.
"No matter what happens that comes into our everyday life, if we can take a move and shift your perspective and exercise, you can really feel better and feel more in line with yourself," he said.
Wilson closed his studio in late March and moved classes -- including hip-hop and yoga -- online Monday through Saturday.
"This shift has been a little bit crazy because we are very much an energetic and community-based business," he said. "So to move everything online is very different for us. But the fact that we do have this technology to connect and stay together is pretty incredible."
Wilson is accepting donations to pay his instructors and keep the facility open.
