U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested two gang members who had previously been deported.
On Friday, agents arrested 30-year-old Angel Felix-Melendez, who had re-entered the country with four other men. Agents found the men in mountains north of Ajo. Agents say Felix-Menendez is a Sureno gang member with criminal history in California.
On Monday, agents arrested 41-year-old Cesar Mozqueda-Orozco, finding him in the desert west of Nogales, Ariz. after he re-entered the country illegally. Agents say Mozqueda is an MS-13 gang member with convictions in California and Arizona.Mozqueda is an MS-13 gang member with convictions in California and Arizona.
Both men will face prosecution for illegal re-entry and are awaiting disposition.
