According to Douglas Fire, the call came in at 1:40 a.m. Multiple agencies, including Naco, San Jose, Sunnyside, Whetstone, Palominas and Fry Fire crews, battled the blaze.

The building is at 118 Arizona Street.

Cochise County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Carol Capas said water pressure in the are was significantly reduced, and many residents have very little or no water. Arizona Water Company is working on the problem.

Those with respiratory issues are advised to stay indoors until the smoke dissipates.

No injuries have been reported and the cause is under investigation. The ATF is assisting.
