Banner Health and Safeway are teaming up to open health clinics at grocery stores around the state.
Dubbed Banner Quick Care Clinics, one will open at the Safeway at 1940 E. Broadway Aug. 9.
"Banner Quick Care will further the organization’s presence in the ‘on-demand’ health care space, offering accessible and consumer-focused services designed to make health care easier," said BannerUrgent Care CEO Rob Rohatsch in a statement.
The clinics will allow walk-in patients to be treated for allergic reactions, colds, coughs, earaches, pinkeye, stomach aches, strep throat, urinary tract infections and receive physical exams and vaccinations.
