Authorities have found a vulnerable 75-year-old man who had beenlast seen at 11 p.m. Sunday night.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, James L. Waters was last spotted wearing a tan/black shirt, white shorts and white athletic shoes. He has gray and black hair and brown eyes. He drives a white 2005 Toyota Camry four-door sedan with Arizona license plate AYX2867.
He had heart and back surgery recently and is easily fatigued. He is now safe at home.
