University of Arizona Quarterback Anu Solomon will transfer to Baylor University for the 2017 season according to 247Sports.
Solomon suffered a knee injury in practice, after the opening game, and never reclaimed his starting quarterback position from then-sophomore Brandon Dawkins.
In an Instagram post from December, Solomon announced his plans to transfer but did not specify to where.
Solomon started as a redshirt freshman in the 2014 season, throwing for 3,793 yards and 28 touchdowns. He led the Wildcats to the Pac-12 championship game and the Fiesta Bowl.
He is a graduate transfer, making him eligible this fall, where he'll be able to compete for a starting position.
